Akropolis Group Secures €130 Million Financing to Strengthen Shopping and Leisure Centres

On 6 November, Akropolis Group signed a seven-year €130 million financing agreement with Swedbank, mainly refinancing an existing loan for its Akropolis Vilnius centre. The group operates five shopping and entertainment centres across Lithuania and Latvia, while Swedbank reported that physical-store consumer spending in Lithuania had increased by 13% this year.
